– Data based on contracts and commercial relationships (invoices, contracts, project documents, etc.) are stored for the period specified in the Turkish Commercial Code and Tax Procedure Law (10 years).
– Data obtained in human resources processes (resumes, job application forms, performance records, etc.) are retained for at least 5 years after the termination of the employment relationship.
– Customer and supplier contact information is stored for the duration of the contractual relationship and statutory limitation periods.
