Financing Models and Solutions
- EPC-F (Engineering, Procurement, Construction + Financing): A model that combines turnkey engineering, procurement, installation and financing support under one roof.
- Build-Operate-Transfer (BOT): An investment model preferred especially in HPP, WPP, Biomass and large-scale SPP projects, which includes transfer to the public at the end of the operation period.
- Leasing (Financial Leasing): Low initial cost and long-term payment convenience in solar, biogas and electrical infrastructure investments.
- National Financing Sources: Public and private banks, leasing companies and development agencies in Turkey.
- International Financing Sources: Credit and fund support provided by institutions such as EBRD, IFC, European Investment Bank, Green Climate Fund.
- Investment Incentive Projects: Government incentives such as VAT exemption, customs duty exemption, tax reduction, interest support.
- TKDK & IPARD Programs: Grant support at a rate of 40–70% especially in agricultural waste-based biogas and biomass projects.

Investment Development Process
- Land & Location Selection: Solar radiation, wind speed, biomass/biogas raw material potential, grid connection points are taken into consideration. Zoning, expropriation and environmental suitability analyses are conducted.
- Feasibility and Preliminary Design: Production simulations and energy potential analyses are prepared. IRR, NPV and payback periods are calculated. CAPEX – OPEX projections are generated.
- Permit and License Processes: All official processes are managed with EPDK, TEİAŞ, TEDAŞ, EDAŞ, Ministry of Energy and Natural Resources, Provincial Agriculture Directorates, Ministry of Environment and Urbanization. EIA report, zoning plan, connection agreements, environmental permits and license processes are completed without deficiency.
- Financing & Incentive Packages: Leasing, investment incentives, national/international credits and IPARD grants are integrated into the project.
- EPC – Installation: Engineering, procurement, mechanical & electrical assembly and commissioning. Transformer centers, MV/LV panels, SCADA integration.
