The use of hybrid sources in renewable energy investments provides strategic advantages in terms of energy continuity, balancing services, and grid-friendly generation. Our company plays a leading role in the turnkey commissioning of high-capacity hybrid facilities implemented in many regions of Turkey and PPC (Power Plant Controller) integrations.

For hybrid generation facilities to operate compatibly with the grid, generation values must be controlled, limited, and managed in real-time. PPC systems developed for this purpose enable automatic monitoring and management of parameters such as grid frequency, reactive/active power control, voltage regulation through SCADA and AGC/OGC control systems in compliance with regulations.

Europe's Largest Hybrid Power Plant: Aşağı Kaleköy Combined Facility

Aşağı Kaleköy Dam and HPP – 500 MW Turkey’s first,
Europe’s largest combined hybrid energy power plant, the 79.99 MW Auxiliary Source SPP PPC system was configured by us. Balancing the active power reference at the dam outlet, contributing SPP generation to voltage regulation, and load forecasting studies were conducted.
